I built a house in Marsden Park with the Noble team. They were very transparent throughout the whole process. Their communication was very good. Kevin who managed my property was very responsive throughout the whole journey and gave us regular updates about how the construction was going. The construction finished before I expected and I am happy with the build and finish. The manager that took us through the owner’s inspection was very thorough. He even made sure all the small paint job was immaculate.I would recommend building the house with the team.
